Anu sat with a dairy to make her new plan to restart her old routine.

She woke up as planned at 6 a.m. the next morning. Following through her timetable, she patted her back till it was time to sit at her desk. From working out to spending an hour writing, she did everything flawlessly. By the end of the day, when she got up from her desk at 7, she did not feel lethargic like the past few days. She was glad to kick off her plan.
Anu went to the kitchen and found her flatmate Disha making tea for herself and her friend. They greeted each other. Disha insisted Anu join her and her friend for a night out. She told Anu that they would leave at 9 p.m. Anu agreed but soon regretted her decision. She went to her room. She paced across the room thinking of an excuse to give so that she did not have to go out without sounding boring.
Often Anu's friends would make her feel left out or invite her only out of obligation. Or may entertain her when they need something from her. Anu was fed up with this treatment and many times chose a plan against her wishes. Another such time had come, and she had to decide for herself. Finally, an idea popped up in her mind, and she went out.
Knocking at Disha's door, she called out for her as the music in Disha's room was loud, and she knew her knock would fall on deaf ears. After knocking for five minutes, she returned to her room and called Disha. Disha picked up the call and told Anu that they were getting ready and she should get ready too. Anu hesitated and after gathering strength she finally spoke, "Actually, I was thinking of not going. I had a long day and feeling....." Disha cut her in between and told her to stop giving excuses and get ready. After all, they did not go for a night that frequently. Before Anu could say further, Disha hung up the call.
Reluctant to ditch her newly made plan, Anu got up and went to her wardrobe. She looked for a nice dress for a girl's night out. She chose a black sheath dress. "It's perfect. It will hide my now bulging time because of losing track of my workout for the past month." She talked to herself looking in the mirror. As she was getting ready, there were ample thoughts in her mind. Her heart was saying, "It's just one day, you can do it from tomorrow." While her mind was warning her, "It took you a month to restart, do you want to delay it for another month?"
Fighting with her heart and mind, she chose to go with his heart, and in the next half hour, she was on the road getting in the cab with her friend Disha and her friend.
