Review
This book is about a fascinating adventure of a kid that will allow kids to read this book to enhance their creativity and fantasy. The plot of the story is well-maintained from the start to the end. The story commences with the protagonist, the little hero, waiting for his grandmother to tell him a bedtime story. As the story-telling starts, the boy sleeps and rides on a roller coaster to the dreamy world.
The character development is up to the mark. The author ensures the unfolding of distinct beings in the story in a sequence fulfilling their roles. The main character met with different toy animals who later transformed into real ones.
The story begins in a tragic tone, and it feels like how kids would sleep after hearing the frightening tale. But the fun part was that the author twisted the plot towards the joyful side. She maintained exploration throughout the book.
Readers or the kids listening to the story will roll in bed laughing because of the excerpts like:
I do not want anyone to blame my tree for spoiling their teeth.
But the feather gifted to me by the friendly sparrow from my night's adventure was tucked under my pillow when I woke up that morning!"
"Shall we all have a swimming competition? All interested animals on the lake can participate."
This book holds thrill, joy, journey, adventure, and exploration. Kids will surely love reading this story. It will be a wonderful gift for kids. And the colorful pictures will steal the glamor and make the readers fall in love with those bright scenes pictured in this book.
