BlogchatterA2Z: Repeat To Introspect

One of the critical activities to perform with yourself is "Introspection." It is a self-check to find your flaws and potential.

So, let me enlighten the title of this chapter, "Repeat to Introspect."

You should be aware of your strengths and weaknesses. It will help you overcome obstacles that can hinder your path. If you analyze often, you will witness a drastic change in your confidence and performance. I concentrate on finding the focus points where I lag and the matters where I outshine. It helped me to grow as the individual that I have become today.

You would have a few questions in your mind regarding the same. Let me help you identify the answers to questions you may have.

  1. Why is it essential to introspect?

Introspection is essential to remind you of your goal. So that you recall the reason for which you started your journey. Let me rephrase, suppose you find yourself in a situation where you feel shattered and get stuck. You cannot decide where to go.

In such a scenario, introspection will help you rekindle the place you belong.

  1. Where should you start to introspect?

Start from where you are now. It is never too late to learn, grow, and rejuvenate. Since it is about self-check, you need to talk to yourself. Your inner self is the place of initiation.

Start from scratch if you have not performed this activity in the past. But give it a start from where you are. Give room to acceptance of your flaws.

Do not hesitate to rectify your mistakes. Mistakes are the best teachers, as a great person once said. I follow this line because I have experienced, something learned from mistakes lasts longer.

  1. How to overcome the results of introspection?

Once you introspect, you will get some outcomes. Do not get worried about the results in the first place. It is an illustration of your doings. It will comprise your failure and success. Pat your back for your win and pull your socks to improve defeat.

If you introspect repeatedly, you will see an exemplary progress graph. Sooner or later, you will praise yourself for what you do. You will not worry about the results. Instead, you will get better at resolving the weak points.

  1. Who will find flaws in self?

I, you, in fact, everybody should see the flaws in them. I sound stupid right now. But you will understand this when you will learn to find your weaklings. It will lift you beyond your thought, as you can correct your mistakes before time.

So, it saves time to find your mistakes before somebody else points them out. How?

When you find and fix flaws in yourself, you will not spend time processing the embarrassment you may face when somebody else tells you about your missteps.

Be ready to find your flaws.

  1. What is the benefit of introspection?

Talking about the benefit of introspection can make me write a chapter. But let me be precise and highlight vital benefits:

  • You will see a happy person in yourself.

  • You will witness a progressive graph in your confidence and assignments.

  • You will be able to address your problems on your own effectively.

  • You will rectify issues instead of regretting them.

  • You will help others to become better.

The most important:

  • You become a better version of yourself and are ready to work on yourself.

To conclude "Repeat to Introspect":

To lead a happy life, you should perform a self-check regularly. You can rectify your issues before it's too late. Consequently, you will find a better person in you who is ready to learn and unlearn in the process of growth.

Repeat introspection, not the mistakes.
