BlogchatterA2Z: Overcome A Breakdown
![]() |
For an infant, losing its favorite toy is a breakdown.
For a child, stepping out from the home to school for the first time is a breakdown.
For an adolescent, infatuation can cause a breakdown.
For an adult, several points of breakdown occur, including career-oriented, competition related, and so on.
For the elderly, the breakdown comes when the children do not treat them well.
You can come across more types of breakdowns. You will figure it out with time. The idea here is to "Overcome a Breakdown."
In this chapter, you will understand why overcoming a breakdown is necessary. It is something that can lead you a step backward in life. How? When you feel sad or shattered, you are in a different zone where you do not wish to do anything.
Until you overcome a breakdown, you will stay at one point. Life stops for you. So, you have to work on it.
Why am I focusing on overcoming a breakdown?
After experiencing meltdowns and seeing people punishing themselves in breakdowns, I understood how important it is to get out of this condition.
I remember how it felt when I found my best friend was a mole in our friendship. It sounds harsh, but that's true. It can happen to any of you. And I guess you would have come across the same situation. Some relations are not forever. They can leave you with lessons and breakdowns. Now, it is up to you to carry learnings or doom in meltdowns.
I learned to overcome a breakdown for the better.
To conclude "Overcome a Breakdown":
To lead a happy life, you should learn to overcome a breakdown. It will help you focus on your goals.
Your goals seek your focus, not meltdowns.
