Book Review : Small is Big

"When the title of the book catches your eyes, you cannot resist from reading it at once to unfold what is inside."

Yes, when I came across this book, I was perplexed how this title will be converted inside the book. As I started reading first few pages, I was like(to my sister), "You really need to read this book." The book itself uses what it preaches viz. "The Three Rule." The book is divided in three perspective to understand Small is Big, viz., Life, Business and Productivity.

Diving deeper let me tell you what does the title express! Small is big, it says taking small things in consideration we can achieve big outcomes. And the author has explained this virtue in every chapter of this book in a different way. Though the perspective may be different but the learnings from each perspective as well chapter will bind you and let you relate to the other perspective or chapter.

What I liked the most about this book:

1. It made me realize I am a follower of "Small is Big."
2. 7 Tools of Productivity
3. Idea of eliminating unimportant and urgent things, tasks and people.

Take away from this book:

1. Simplify life by simplifying strategy to indulge in a task.
2. I understood how to make a presentation in a simple way(that I often resist to make).
3. Create your 'epitaph
', and know its power.

4. Identification of Small is Big source code in life at every level and every phase.
5. How to clear clutter using the power of 7 tools of productivity.

It cannot be expressed in words how I am feeling after reading this. If I continue writing either I will reveal the book content here or write another book in its appreciation.

I would highly recommend this book to all the people who are readers and non-readers to catch this book so that you will understand your essence in life and focus on the things that you actually want to focus.

I really appreciate the way the author Amit Agarwal has penned each chapter of this book and the exercises he has mentioned add to the fulfillment of this book.

I would love to share my epitaph with you all, "Mindful of what needs to be done, yet in the run of finding self."
