"What if I am the next?"

"How will I live in the metropolitan city after that?"

"Where will I go?"

"Shut up, shut up, shut up." Disha pulled her hair angrily and tried to lock her overthinking somewhere to live peacefully. But her mind did not let her be. The waiter came to her asking if she was doing well. She realized she was sitting at the cafe not in her room. She composed herself and nodded. "Do you need something else?" The waiter asked. Disha ordered another espresso, and the waiter left with a smile. "I need to be conscious, and focus on journalling," she said to herself.

Holding her Faber Castle jumbo crayon box, she took out the green color, and when she was about to color she realized she made faces representing different negative emotions including crying, stress, headache, anger, and many more. "Damn, now my thoughts are taking to my journaling. Is it my future self?" She wondered.

The waiter arrived with a cup of espresso and peeped in her journal. "Ma'am, here is your espresso. If you don't mind, can I add something," I waited and probed. Disha was looking at her journal and let the waiter speak without looking at him.

"Once I was stressed out, and I poured all my negative emotions like this on a paper. I was freaking out, and at that time my niece saw me and suggested I use the negative emotions to guide me through. She told me to try storytelling using these pictures. Like, in your case, use this crying image and pen down some thoughts that you will have after getting refreshed." The waiter explained to her.

"Interesting! Let me give it a try." Disha exclaimed.

She started jotting down her thoughts of renewal.

  1. I can do it. It is always good to restart.

  2. I will fly higher this time.

  3. Crying is not wrong, it is a way to vent every bad emotion.

"Wow, it feels so refreshing. Thank you so much. Let me do it for other images as well." Disha thanked the waiter and the waiter smiled and left to resume his work.

Half an hour later, Disha ran to the waiter and showed her how beautifully she turned negative emotions into upliftment. She was so happy and there was a renewed sense of energy in her. The waiter appreciated her. She asked for the bill and left the cafe after paying with a tip of two hundred rupee note.

As she reached her home, she opened the journal again and placed it on her work desk. Along with it she opened her planner and started making a plan for upcoming days to upskill herself to become better and get a new job for herself where she could feel accountability rather than stressing herself about losing it.

Every morning she would wake up at 6 a.m., and start her day with a workout for half an hour at the initial level to get better gradually to make it a holistic plan rather than ending up getting distracted from it soon.
