My Thoughts on The Book

As the name of the book contains “Mellow Drama”, it sort of has it at the best.

Let me mention the points that I liked about the book:

- It is a heart-warming romance novel with a touch of Bollywood flair in it. From scenes to the songs it fits them all.
- The author has portrayed the story very well and defined the plot with twists and turns which is exemplary.
- Though there were too many characters, the creativity of the author made it simple to remember them all.
- I will summarize the plot in three parts, the one where all the minglings and relationship setup happened, the other twisting with the two tragedies, and the final part the message the three empowered women leave behind. (Won’t detail to give spoilers, will recommend to read and find it out)
- The story in itself comes up complete though at some point it may appear what is the back story, but soon you will find it out reading ahead. (Like, the after-effects of an accident that happened.)
- I wish to applaud the author for her writing style with minute details of each scene. I was awestruck at her presentation of the scene where the central female character and her love were involved in love-making.

Things that I feel need to be highlighted:

- The story was predictable at one or two instances.
- It was heart-breaking to come across abrupt tragedy and its outcome.
- It is a slow-paced story in the beginning yet at the end things go a little faster.

If you are someone with an interest in reading romance novels with a bollywood feel, this is your go to book. You will fall in love with the plot and the characters in the book.
