In such a situation, you will run here and there to look for a defined solution to your problem. But, there is no assurance of the resolution at the right time.

You will curse your destiny, people, and surroundings for not helping you in difficult situations. In the rage, you forget about yourself, who owes a solution to your problems. It enlightens "Finding Your Own Solution," the 'F' of living a happy life.

There would be thoughts juggling in your mind right now.

  1. If I can find my solution, then how come the problem occurs?

It is one problem that comes complimentary with your trouble. Instead of finding a solution, you ask another question to yourself, "why me?" Each time you encounter a difficult situation, you think you are the only one to face many hardships in life.

The problem comes due to the thought process. You often think of living an imaginary life where everything seems settled and out of reach of troubles. You believe yourself to be a perfectionist, and in this audacity, you face challenges. It is the reason for the problem.

You have a solution, but you create a problem out of it.

  1. If there is a solution, why can I not see it?

Sometimes, when you see trouble, you focus on the problem and its consequences. Due to this reason, the explanation is invisible to you. In this turmoil, you feel helpless and do everything else to find a solution except for talking to yourself. But, you lag to find your solution and judge other people and things for not helping you.

As a result, you walk towards unhappiness and spend more time overcoming agony and your problem.

Let me conclude "Finding Your Own Solution":

To lead a happy life, it is good not to doubt yourself. But you ought to look for the solutions on your own. You can utilize the time you spend depending on others to solve your problems to search for answers at your level in parallel. There is nothing wrong with taking help from others. You learn new things. But the first point is to analyze yourself because the problem is yours, and you will decide the solution.

Ask relevant questions to yourself when problems occur.
